The drumslinger Chad Rager has created lots of excitement
when he stepped outside his national recording band
the Chad Rager Groove and created the Chad Rager 3 .
The Chad Rager 3 is the classic trio concept
performing innovative instrumental versions
of Jazz Standards, Classic Rock, Blues , R&B, and Originals
featuring Chad's drumming,
Acoustic Piano and Acoustic Bass, all with that
Chad Rager twist. This is a refreshing, entertaining group
that is at home providing music for your next corporate event
or performing as a headliner in large or small concert venues. The Chad Rager 3, it GROOVES . . . and you will too!

CHAD "CR" RAGER Drumslinger Chad Rager takes some fairly standard/mainstream material,
mixes in large doses of creativity,
and serves up an entertaining live performance.
Chad Rager’s drumming entices you
and makes you curious to hear
what else he’s going to offer.
Rager’s solid skills and ability to weave
an interesting percussive display.
He drives, he floats, and like a preacher,
he delivers his "sermon" and then sets the stage
for the choir to "take you home".
His group has an ultra-modern, hip,
sophisticated moodiness
that is established by the drums.
Chad Rager manages to maintain an intense
tempo without heavy-handed drumming.
Rager has the ability to be present
without being pushy.
He’s there when you need to hear him,
but he knows how to set-up
and support his mates without getting in their way.
He never detracts or distracts.
He’s almost invisible at times,
but you know that if he wasn’t there,
there’d be one huge hole.
This man fills the hole, just right.
